About the Convention

On 29 September 2015, 3,300 of us gathered at the Zénith in Lille to jointly launch the MTP 2020.
A Convention is a unifying event: virtually all of the employees as well as the administrators of the Group all come together to share the vision of our company as we look towards 2020. It's a key moment that we only organize every four or five years.
A Convention is a large-scale event that we begin preparing at least a year in advance, in terms of both form and content. Many clients, administrators, chairmen of local banks and employees are invited to attend meetings on various topics. All working in concert, just like our Group.
