Code of conduct for So#CMNE,
The internal communication website for the Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe Group

The Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe Group's internal communication website So#CMNE contains zones for interaction, opinions and comments that allow us to share news from our Group and to interact with each other.

Please read the code of conduct described below and respect it at all times. Failure to respect these guidelines may result in action by the moderator after the fact, specifically:

1. Hate speech, aggressive or discriminatory comments including racial slurs, expressions of xenophobia or remarks related to religious or political beliefs, disability, state of health, trade union membership, past/current legal affairs, gender, age or sexual orientation/identity and obscene or pornographic content;
2. Defamatory or abusive language towards any individual or legal entity;
3. Posts related to the harassment of any individual;
4. Hyperlinks to external websites with content that may infringe the laws and regulations in effect in France;
5. Any contribution subject to copyright or trademark that is reproduced and shared by an individual without authorization;
6. Posts containing personal information (such as name, telephone number, address);
7. Posts in violation of privacy and image rights;
8. Posts submitted by an individual impersonating someone else;
9. Posts that infringe any other laws or regulations in effect in France.

Furthermore, the employees of the Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe Group undertake not to disclose the information shared on the internal website So#CMNE to external parties.

The moderator may also decide to delete any contribution that he/she deems not in keeping with the intended spirit of interaction.

The moderator will make every effort to prevent contributions that are in violation of laws and regulations and/or contrary to public order and decency from appearing in the discussion zones.

However, Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe cannot completely guarantee the legality, probity or quality of the contributions published by the users that appear online spontaneously and can only be reviewed by the moderator after posting.

Contributions in the form of "comments" on So#CMNE are therefore published at the sole responsibility of the authors. Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe may under no circumstances be held liable for these contributions and the consequences of their publication.
