OUR MTP

Photo Eric CharpentierThe MTP, which stands for "Medium-Term Plan" (in French: Plan à Moyen Terme or PMT) is a major company project that allows us to chart a course, a direction for the company to take in the years to come. This MTP is our roadmap, our strategy defined per entity and priority. We are all involved in this grand adventure, the success of which depends on the commitment of every one of us.

2016 marked the consolidation of the development of our Group, including the merger of Beobank and BKCP Banque/Bank. One year after our Convention, that launched our MTP 2020, the projects are becoming increasingly concrete with the shared objective of taking our Group far and approaching our business differently from others and better than others because we do it in the service of others (regions, companies, private individuals). This collective dynamic can be felt throughout all of our units.

Our MTP 2020 is our guiding principle, but although we have not yet explored all possible avenues, the developments in digitization that we talked about in 2015 have practically become old ideas by now. We must therefore continue to adapt, and stay agile. While technology is an essential element in our strategy, we mustn't forget the human dimension to back it up. We do not know exactly what our company will look like in 2020, but we hope to be a united, efficient Group that makes people our number one priority.

Yes, we are a Group in motion, but for whom? For our clients first of all (we must adapt our products, ensure quality service and relationships, …), for our regions (supporting our regions, being prepared to invest, and also to help through the Foundation for example, …) and finally, for ourselves (changing our habits, educating ourselves, …).

We have everything it takes to succeed and make a difference in a banking world that is changing rapidly. I am counting on each and every one of you.
