Launch of the beobank pro approach and its new agency concept

In late September, we kicked off the new approach for our professional clients and the Beobank PRO network. Our ambition is to support entrepreneurs at all stages of the life-cycle of their business.

A new agency concept

With the PRO Centers, we are bringing a new concept to the Belgian market, one that goes well beyond "traditional" banking services for professional clients. The specific needs of professional clients will be the focus at the PRO Centers.

The PRO Centers will host workshops and networking events in order to encourage clients to share experiences, but clients will also be able to make use of a free workspace and co-working facility, a shared reception area and conference rooms for meeting with their own professional contacts, etc. In this way, we are not only helping our clients grow their business financially, but we can also give them the necessary practical support.

The PRO Centers are geared towards the self-employed and SMEs who, in addition to the practical support, will be able to work with specially trained client managers for professional advice every stage in the development of their business.

Where to find the PRO Centers?

The staff of the Beobank PRO network are based at 12 sites, with 4 Beobank PRO Corners, 7 Beobank PRO Centers and a Beobank National PRO Center. The first Beobank PRO Center opened on October 3 in Ghent, followed by the location in Courtrai on November 7. The Antwerp location will open before the year's end and the Brussels (2 PRO Centers), Liege and Bruges sites are planned for 2017.
